ALR created us a beautiful and sturdy front porch post and railings to match the period of our 1913 home. The carpenters that worked on it were professional, nice and on-time. They even worked in a light rain to finish up before the weekend. We are very happy with their work and will use them in the future on other projects.

If you are looking for expertise workmanship, high quality performance and punctual individuals, I would highly recommend ALR Construction, LLC. We had an older roof that needed to be replaced. These guys move fast! They moved so fast that a few things got broken or didn’t turn out just right, but they always made things right in the end. They added a second story to our house in 3 months. They were more affordable than other quotes. They didn’t show up with an in house architect or an interior designer and that was fine with us. Stay involved and you’ll be happy with the value that these guys deliver.

ALR performed an extensive renovation for us and I highly recommend them for any and all construction needs. David maintains the highest professional etiquette and exceeded our expectation in every detail. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the quality of work is better than we could have imagined. We were updated throughout the project, several times a week and our questions were always answered immediately. Communication is a must when completing a project of our size and David and Lindy were always available to talk, answer our questions and follow-up with us if necessary. The entire team with ALR from the owners to our Project Managers and any subs exceeded any expectation I had. David, Daniel, and the ALR team were great to work with. They repaired our rotten window framing, replaced windows, siding, gutter, sheetrock, etc. I was most impressed with how organized and efficient they were so we did not have to be out of our house for long. They were respectful of our home and property while we were gone and we’re so pleased with the final result. Would recommend if you have a big project involving multiple trades!

ALR Construction saved the day for me! Molly was compassionate of our tough situation and the crew was kind and capable as they repaired my tiny home on wheels that was damaged when hit into a bridge in transit through town. ALR’s service enabled us to get our home repaired and back on the road. I highly recommend their services, they are wonderful, service minded people and great to work with!
